The Irish Wedding Toast is 14 inches wide and 11 inches tall, one of the most common sizes of commercially available frames. It is printed on heavy, high quality, acid free, photo paper stock with a glossy finish. The print has a resolution of approximately 2,500, DPI. Given the size and the resolution, it is difficult to show on a web site. Consequently, it is presented in two forms. First, the entire print, reduced in size and at as high a resolution as possible. To see, click here:Print Itself.
Second, a section (the lower left corner) presented larger than actual size and fairly high resolution. To see, click: Enlarged Section. Neither is nearly as detailed as the print itself.
Each print comes with an eight page brochure. The cover is on the bottom of the home page and shows a map of Ireland with arrows pointing to the various sites where Celtic artifacts were found.
The center of the brochure shows where the actual design elements in the Wedding Toast were obtained. To see the center of the brochure, click here: Source of Design Elements.
In the brochure, there are sections on:
The Irish Toast- Gives the history of the toast in Ireland.
How the Irish Saved Western Civilization- Describes the history of the monastery movement and the impact on Europe, including the preservation of books.
Color Magic- Explains how the colors in the Toast were selected for their magical impact.
Spell Mechanism- Shows how the Toast helps keep married couples together.
